Who this policy covers
This policy applies to ecdreamer.com and to EC Dreamer Productions, operated by Eric Carlos. It covers the enquiry form on this site and any photos, messages, or files you send us by email to arrange a project.
What we collect
When you fill out the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, the type of project you're asking about, and whatever you write in the message field. If you email us listing photos or property details to get a video made, we collect and store those files for the length of the project.
We do not collect payment information through this website. Any payment is arranged directly between you and Eric Carlos outside of this site.
What we don't collect
This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. We don't build a profile of your browsing activity, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.
How we use what you send us
Your name and email are used to reply to your enquiry and send you a quote or draft video. Listing photos are used only to build the video you asked for. We don't repost your photos or finished videos publicly unless you tell us it's fine to use them as a sample, and even then we'll ask first.
Where your information goes
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Web3Forms processes the submission and forwards it to our email inbox. It does not appear anywhere else, and we don't connect it to any other marketing tool.
Photos and project files sent by email are stored in our own email and file storage, accessible only to Eric Carlos.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details and project files for as long as needed to complete the work and to answer follow-up questions about a listing. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we're required to keep records for tax or accounting reasons.
Your choices
- Ask what information we have on file for you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop using your listing photos for anything beyond the finished video.
Send any of these requests to marketingteam@ecdreamer.com and we'll handle it directly, no ticket system, no runaround.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page will change too. We won't change how we handle your existing information without telling you first.
